Billing questions.
01How do credits work?
Every plan includes credits each month. An action costs credits according to what it really costs to run; failed requests are never charged. Monthly credits renew with your billing period; top-up credits last 12 months and are used after the monthly ones.
02Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew every month or year at the price shown until you cancel, and you confirm this before you pay. We email you before a yearly plan renews, and once a year for monthly plans.
03How do I cancel?
With the Cancel subscription button in Billing: one confirmation, no questions. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and we confirm by email. See refunds and cancellation.
04Can I get a refund?
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days and get back what you paid, less the share you already used. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal. The full rules are in refunds and cancellation.
05Is paying safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection; BeqSpark never sees or stores them. Charges appear on your statement as BEQSPARK.
06Which currency and payment methods?
Prices are in US dollars (USD); your bank may convert them to your currency. You can pay with major credit and debit cards, and other methods Stripe offers in your country.
